No. While the door may appear locked, you can exit at any time. Our game masters monitor each session to ensure your safety and enjoyment.

You can reschedule your booking with at least 6 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within 6 hours incurs a $10 fee per guest. Please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations.
All our escape rooms are private experiences. Only your group will be in the room during your session.
We welcome guests of all ages. However, some rooms contain horror elements that may not be suitable for younger players. We recommend parental discretion when booking for children with our games that are horror genre. Most of our games are family non-horror.
